HPDE instructors available for ride alongs and coaching.
Single driver registration only (no passengers allowed for this event).

RUN GROUPS (LAP TIME-BASED ASSIGNMENT)
Drivers are grouped by lap times & awareness. Instructors/staff may reassign drivers. Use these lap times as a guide:
Beginner: 1:36 - 1:40
Novice: 1:31 - 1:35
Intermediate: 1:27 - 1:30
Advanced: Sub 1:26
Lap Timing: Drivers must use Track Addict (free app). Please download and set it up before the event.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Helmets are mandatory (Snell SA2015 or Snell SA2020 certified). DOT helmets are NOT allowed.
Helmet rentals are available at the track office ($40/day with ID on hold).
No passengers allowed for this event due to insurance restrictions.
TECH INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS
This is a self-tech event—drivers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are track-ready.
A completed and signed tech form is required at check-in on the morning of the event.
We reserve the rights to verify compliance with safety standards.
No refunds will be issued for vehicles that fail to meet safety requirements.
CONVERTIBLE & OPEN-TOP VEHICLE POLICY
Vehicles must have proper rollover protection to participate.
Factory roll hoops/pop-up roll bars (e.g., BMW Z3/Z4, Honda S2000, Porsche Boxster) are permitted.
Vehicles without factory or aftermarket rollover protection (e.g., early Miatas, pre-2014 Mustangs, C5 Corvettes) are not allowed unless a roll bar/cage is installed.
If unsure whether your vehicle qualifies, contact us before the event for approval.
EVENT FEES
Willow Springs Raceway does NOT charge entry fees anymore! Drivers and Spectators are FREE.
Fuel station with self-service pumps and race fuel is available on-site..
TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
All ticket sales are final—no refunds for any reason. This includes cancellations, failure to attend, no-shows, or early departures.
Tickets are valid only for this event and cannot be transferred to future events or used as credit.
Driver-to-driver ticket transfers are permitted with prior approval. Requests must be submitted in advance.
The event will proceed rain or shine—no exceptions.
Failure to comply with event safety rules, track policies, or staff instructions may result in removal without refund.
Registration Pricing
Early Bird: $185 (Ends November 17)
Regular: $205 (Ends Day of Event December 19)
Note: If you intentionally register for a class level above your skill level because other groups are full, you will be reassigned to the Beginner Group until further notice.
